We were up 6 with 17 seconds left shooting 2 FT’s. I’d assume our probability of winning that game is 98% or greater.

If we won we would be singing the praise that this team is starting to develop and get better like most of Self’s team do at this time.

Zeke/HD is our 1-2. We need that third scoring punch and it cannot be Kj/harris. Flory has come along and is only going to get better. He isn’t the same as KJ but he fills the same role and is better. We talk a lot about AJ but Rylan is the guy we really need to be that third scoring threat. Hes an elite shooter. Proven. Can be a decent defender. Last night you see the importance of him.

Had we won we would be really loving this team moving forward because of Rylan/Flory. Bill has to play Rylan more. I get why AJ doesn’t but Rylan really does a good job. He’s not perfect. He steps out of bounds once a game and falls down lol.

Our best lineup is Harris, Zeke, Rylan, flory and HD.

That being said the caveat is we lost and we do dumb shit. Our guards can be weak with the ball. The loss isn’t purely on Harris but as a PG of Kansas and a 6th year player; he has to be be able to get open himself on inbound passes. He needs to demand the ball and control but instead he shy’s away and that’s likely what will kill us when it matter most.

Truthfully yesterday stings but Houston is really good. If we get Rylan/Flory development then this team has a shot.

The guys played with unquestionable grit. The Allen Fieldhouse mystique that has bailed us out before just couldn't overcome loss of focus at a critical time. Hopefully, that gets fixed as the season goes along.

I really like McComb, and I think arriving for spring football is going to help him out a lot.

That's one of the competitions I'm looking forward most to spring football. I think by the time spring is over you could have three guys all very close to each other.

Dude has hung in there and been a good teammate. He is shooting with confidence and making plays off the bounce. That’s a good sign moving forward.

I'm trying to gauge how it affects what people buy will do for football tickets and then gauge how it'll change what people do for basketball. I recognize people have a bucket of disposable income for sports and with football going to command a bigger commitent from our fanbase, I'm really interested to see what people are thinking they will do for football and basketball and how that might change.
