Was just talking with someone how KU is only a 2.5 pt dog going to undefeated BYU.

This person was saying right now on a neutral field there may not be a team in the Big 12 that would be favored over KU.

There is a case for Kansas State but if you look at the game that was played in Manhattan KU was just as good.

It’s clear we have the coaching staff and talent to be a good team. Insane we are probably 7-10 PLAYS away from an undefeated season to this point. I’m trying to remember how shitty it was to be a fan 10 years ago.

Went for lunch at the original Joe’s BBQ (in the gas station) before the KU football game yesterday. Ran into four UNC fans who were at the game on Friday night. They could not stop talking about the environment inside the Phog. They said they have never experienced anything like it, and they have been to UNC/Duke games in Cameron.
I know all of us KU fans believe this is true, but it was nice to hear it coming from some fans who truly have been around.

It's why I didn't add on to the Utah AD thread. I'd almost like someone within the KU AD to go scorched earth on the officials in this league for reversing that.

.....and I don't think it's hyperbolic or homerish to say I think we win out after yesterday's performance.

BYU looks very beatable. Young QB is not great, is prone to mistakes. There will be a Holy War letdown.

CU is biggest challenge, but after our BYU win we have continued momentum. Trap game in which we'll be underestimated. Prime thinks he's bigger than this game. QB showdown. We have a run game advantage. Well have better balance. Could be a shootout, but our defense is improving.

Baylor - pay back game.

Was thinking about it before the season started but with the win over Iowa State last night, when is the last time KU beat a conference foe 3 years in a row? I’d guess it was also against Iowa State but if anyone knows the answer id love to hear it.
