Remy

Bill needs to trust Remy and hand him the keys.

I’ve defended Harris but between him and David it is black holes on offense. The little stuff Harris does is overstated. He gets beat defensively and does nothing offensively. Sure he passes the ball to a guy who scores and gets an assist.

David, Mitch and Harris get way too minutes for what they provide. I realize our option in the post are limited. Play Zach to make a point to both of them, especially Dave. And if Zach fails then it’ll be a point for him to get stronger. He will without question score more than Dave whil Also giving up points.

We thought we would get a lot from David, Yesufu and Wilson. We haven’t gotten anything. That could easily change.

If we rely on Harris and Mitch it is going to be a repeat from last year.
Hand Remy the keys.

Trim the rotation.

Made some changes

I don't want a long discussion about this, as I believe actions speak louder than words. With that being said, in order for this message board to reach its maximum potential, a change needed to be made. So, after much thought, I've made the decision to remove some long-time moderators. Each and every subscriber here at JayhawkSlant.com has the right to post on this board. All views, thoughts, opinions, feelings, etc., should be welcome here, and I very much look forward to the direction of this board moving forward. We won't always agree and things will get heated from time to time, but I only ask that we respect each other and be civil.

As I've said many times in the past, I greatly appreciate your continued support of JayhawkSlant.com. Without all of you, none of this would be possible. I'm fully aware of that and, without question, am grateful for your support.

JK hired me over 20 years ago and I've been by his side from the very beginning. The success he's had with the football board and the way he runs that side of the site, that's what I want here on the basketball side.

Recruiting Update KANSAS EXTENDS OFFER TO FIVE-STAR SG TRE JOHNSON

Hey all,

Kansas has extended a scholarship offer to Tre Johnson, the 6-foot-4, 165-pound shooting guard from Lake Highlands High School in Dallas, Texas. According to Johnson, the No. 2 ranked player in the 2024 class, he had just finished working out with his dad, and after the workout, Coach Case, during a conversation on the phone, extended the scholarship offer. Johnson has never been to Kansas but said that Kansas, overall, is a good school and a visit to Kansas will likely take place soon.

Johnson said he's already been to Texas, Baylor, and UCLA. I'll have more on Johnson in the future, but wanted to provide this information to all of you at this time.

Looking forward to watching Cincinnati DBs vs Bama

I think Fickell will come after the Bama offense. I don't know if it will work, but I don't see him changing.

He will leave his corners out on an island like he has all year. They are probably the best corners Bama has faced all year. One of them won the Thorpe Award and he's not the best corner on the team. The other kid will be a first round pick.

Both of them are very cocky and sure of their ability. I heard one of them an interview and they definitely aren't lacking confidence.
