Three-star 2023 Alabama RB Drew Pickett covers top five schools

Kansas is in the running for three-star 2023 Alabama RB Drew Pickett. In the update interview with Rivals, Pickett covers each of his top five schools.

Two huge road games this week

I think we will get a feel if the WVU second half was maybe the team turning the corner or if we just played out of our minds. OU will not be a gimme and KState believe it or not is better than their record. That will be their National championship game for the year. If we can go 2-0 and win these two road games as we should then I think we will be set up pretty nicely moving forward. Can not afford to take either team lightly. Big week for the team.

Offensive line questions

I know we have some decent returnees from this past year. I have quite a few questions about the O-line in general.

LT- Bostick Who more than likely backs him up?
LG- Who will be in this spot? Last year, it was Clark and Gilbertson. Who moves into it? Does Grunhard get moved here? Adams-Reed?
C- Novitsky- If for some reason he goes down, I'm guessing Grunhard would be the back-up? Who's next after those two?
RG- Ford Who will be his backups?
RT-Cabeldue Who will be his backups?

What guys looked good enough to be potential replacements for these guys?

Do both 2022 guys project as tackles or will Baker be moved inside?

Anti-Jayhawk leads the league in rebounding

KSU senior transfer who stands at 6’4”, 220lbs is leading the league with 8.3 rebounds per game. He played previously at Missouri before coming to KU is from Edwardsville, Illinois another state that might hold a grudge against Bill Self and Kansas. I could not find any quotes about how he feels about Kansas, but he seems like he likes to play for teams that do not like the Jayhawks. He is also averaging 10.6 ppg, both career high averages for him, so Bruce is doing something right with him, only averaged 3 rebounds last year.
