100 on Mu & KSU?

ok, I officially love this team. SUre there are aspects that frustrate me but I dig the way they play. We have had some excellent teams in the past and I am not sure where this collection ranks but dropping 100 on both of those teams make the team one of THIS fan's favorites of all time. I'd like them better if Remy comes back but these duees are balling like I think most fans would if they got the chance. I know, I know, rivalries are not supposed to be more important because they somehow open potential access to KC...but I think that is BS...Kudos to the fellas, that was entertaining

Recruiting Update Leipold, staff in Wichita at clinic

Kansas coaches clinic tonight and Leipold spoke.

I got several texts from coaches who were there. Very impressed with him said he comes genuine.

Leipold said he was embarrassed by lack of players from Kansas when he got to KU.

He brought the whole staff. And as one coach text me, "I think be brought every person employed by KU football."

He talked about building culture at KU and wanting to build it with local players.

Heard several coaches talked how they met Leipold because he has already been in several schools and they've seen a lot of KU coaches.

Self - Just a f#%#ng ball coach

I just never think Self - whether it's locally or nationally- actually gets the credit he truly deserves as just a pure ass basketball coach.

It has been easily 10 years since Self had the most talented team in the country (I don't even think that was the case in 2020). Frankly, several of his teams over the past 10 years have been lacking in one or more areas.

But he always gets his teams to pay hard nosed, disciplined, smart basketball. Sure there are a few exceptions but very few.

We don't always have the luxury of watching even the top 10 most talented teams in the country (I know....boo hoo) but goddam do we always get a masterclass in basketball coaching each and every season.

As biased as I admittedly am, I honestly cannot ever actually understand why a player and his family would every choose otherwise when given an invite to come play for Self.

This team should NOT be 22-4. They just shouldn't be. But here we are. Unreal.

SELF ON REMY MARTIN

“He practiced limited last Thursday and Friday,” said Self. “I don’t have any update. Limited means, he was out there in full contact, but only very few reps. I don’t know where that will be today or whatever. It’s almost to the point that I don’t ask, because I know that he will get out there when he feels comfortable.

“We’re preparing like we definitely do not have him,” he added. “Then, of something happens and we do, then that would be a nice, pleasant bonus. I’m preparing like we do not.”

Parking help

Tonight, my daughter and I will be going to our first game together.
She is at Ellsworth Hall and we had planned on me just meeting there and walking down to the game, but I'm pretty sure they have parking restrictions.
Does anybody know of any parking areas fairly close to there where I could just walk over and meet her?
I'm not very familiar with all of campus, but I know at orientation there was a huge parking area which wasn't a real far walk to Ellsworth(I'm thinking maybe the fine arts parking?) Is that available to park in at games?
Any help would be appreciated.

2023 Missouri Top 25

Thought I’d share this because there’s some very familiar names and some of them making significant jumps in the rankings.
The one that caught my eye for example Joshua Manning is now in the top 10 and a 4-star. He was a 5.6 3-star.
