I'm just hoping Bill Self gets one last great team that can go on a run because he deserves it. Today's college basketball is not a quality product, and we are certainlynot a quality team. Yes, there are some great teams out there this year but too many guys just trying to cash a paycheck. Our team unfortunately just doesn't have any pride or chemistry for whatever reason. We were actually looking pretty good in the first half and just flat out gave up. I've never seen anything quite like it honestly.
I know this isn't coach Selfs best coaching job but he deserves better. Just hopeful he can assemble one last great team and maybe Peterson can facilitate that but in this era of basketball I'm just not sure..
