Colorado OL Dillon Reinkensmeyer visited Kansas yesterday with his mother, Amelia. He got a tour of the school and watched practice before leaving back to Colorado.
"The school was very impressive as the academics and culture stood out," he said. "My impression was what that this was a fantastic university. I really liked the practice especially the tempo and enthusiasm. I really liked Yenser and Kubiak they're not only great coaches but great people."
Reinkensmeyer said he also visited with David Beaty. He said he was impressed with Beaty's energy and said "he has the program going in the right direction."
He said he has visited Wyoming, Colorado State, Colorado, and Air Force. Last season he went to Arizona State last summer, Notre Dame and USC.
Expect Kubiak to visit his school in the spring evaluation period.
