Missed PATs and failed 2pt conversions are mojo killers. You could see the excitement drop.

The defense lacks depth of athletes at LB so the game plan by OSU to get the LBs in space was excellent and what we should expect as well as hurry up. Miller and Berryhill were my biggest concerns before the season, and they still are. Young was asked to cover odd angles and as a result never got to truly cover well. Then he just couldn't make a play when he was there. Bowman made his typical awful throws and KU missed 3 INTs. Grab any of them and KU probably wins.

You can't get a turnover in the redzone...CAN'T! That obviously was when the last balloon popped. However, the inability to get the edge rush game going is expected when the QB never takes it on RPOs or options. Thats why JD6 will always be the better QB run game choice for KU, he doesn't need a QB only run play to make it happen with his feet.
