Off Topic - Vail/Beaver Creek Recommendations

Looking for recommendations on what to do and where to eat in late September. Heading out for a wedding next weekend. Have been multiple times during ski season, never during the "off" season.

Looking for activity/restaurant recommendations in the area.

Sorry to miss the TCU game. Hopefully we pull our sh*t together in Morgantown this weekend.
