I was talking to someone yesterday and heard Texas has 45 official visitors coming in June. With the new rule high school players can take as many visits as they want this will become a challenge for coaching staffs.
You only get 56 officials and that started in April. That also counts for portal players who take officials. Texas would only have 11 official visits left for the rest of the year until it resets.
I don't know how the NCAA could screw up a rule and not give college programs more officials, but they did.
I expect KU to have quite a few visitors in June but not 45.
Let's say you get 15 commits in June. But after the season is over several recruits decide they want to take more visits since the rule changed. Now you have to scramble to fill those spots with limitations who you can bring in. The worse thing you can do is run out of visits.
This is going to be a problem in Dec and Jan.
