Is JaCorey Shepherd healthy yet?

Hello all. Just wondering if anyone keeps up w/JaCorey or lives in the Philly area (or anything that might give an update to his status?). Really thought the Eagles got a late-round steal in him last year, and was bummed about his injury. Really hoping he's healthy to start camp. I follow the Eagles enough to know that they have a pretty weak secondary, and I think JaCorey could see significant time (if he's ready). Thanks in advance for the update!
