With the news that Trump is going to declare a national emergency, it made me wonder what you think is a higher 'emergency' than border security? If you think border security is the highest priority, state why.
For me, the number one issue is climate change, full stop. We are at the precipice and its impacts will hit every single part of the country - from border security to food security to natural disasters, etc. To me, it should be the top focus of every politician and would warrant a national emergency declaration (at least as much as a border wall does).
