The NCAA Division 1 Men's Basketball Recruiting Calendar explains the 4 different recruiting periods - dead, quiet, evaluation and "live" (just called "recruiting period" on the calendar).
The Evaluation Period explanation is clear as far as it goes, but it specifically talks only about "off-campus" activities.
My question is are on-campus visits, official and/or unofficial, allowed during evaluation periods?
If maybe, does it depend on whether or not the period would otherwise be a quiet period or a dead period?
As long as it is not the month of July, of course, when no on-campus visits are allowed, official or unofficial, except for already committed recruits.
TIA!
