Are there any pro KU towns in Kansas west of Lawrence/Topeka?

I understand that there are KU fans all across the state and KU fans in every town yet, is the majority of fans in each town across the state Pro KSU or are there towns where KU is dominant? I’ve always thought East Wichita was pro KU. And I thought there were Many KSU football/KU basketball fans out there.
