I reached out to my source earlier in the week and I’m starting to gather some information for you guys. I know some of you like this type of stuff, but I still have a hard time posting, because nothing is 100 percent fact or nothing is done. At least that’s my opinion.

First, I asked my guy about Arterio Morris playing in Puerto Rico in August.

“Of course he’s playing. Why wouldn’t he?”

I’ve got nothing to add to the above quote I’ve provided. Only time will tell if Arterio plays next month. There has been much speculation from fans and media types since the trip was announced.

Second, I asked about KU’s roster moving forward.

“I think the coaching staff wants to add an international player to the roster. That appears to be the goal.”

At this time, I don’t have a name or names to provide. That’s gonna take some work and I’ve already reached out to a few people.

Lastly, I know that Dylan Harper, the No. 1 ranked player in the 2024 glass, had originally planned to announce near or after the Peach Jam, but has taken a step-back and will announce during or after the season. The son of Ron Harper, Sr., and younger brother of Ron Harper, Jr., who played at Rutgers, Dylan is going to take five official visits, I believe, before reaching a final decision. His brother played at Rutgers and many believe Rutgers is the team to beat, but if that’s the case, he’s doing a good job of not showing his cards. I’ve been told that a visit to Kansas will take place on the fall.

For now, this is something to watch.
