Off Topic 2022: What Changes are you making?

I've enjoyed quite a bit of threads regarding fitness and other goals on here and thought I would ask what everyone is trying to do this year.

We recently got a Peloton within the last few weeks. We also have a squat rack and plenty of weight along with a rowing machine.

I've participated in a few threads over the years here about fitness and what not. Although, my current state is no where near being in shape.

I'm hoping to change that this year and finally stop making excuses. I've done Keto, about 4 years ago and lost about 30 lbs on it. Right after I stopped doing Keto, it all came back faster than it came off. So no fad diets for me this time around.

This year I am going through the Stronglifts 5x5 program (currently in week 4), I am a few months away from being 35 so I'm curious to see how my progress goes. Also doing the Peloton twice a week, usually a HIIT program.

Anybody making any significant changes this year?

P.S. I felt like a huge cornball writing this, but whatever.

Two recruiting questions

Kirby, two very important questions for recruiting purposes (well, important to me because they have been bugging me, but not important in the traditional sense):

1) I thought we were in a dead period for recruiting right now, but we clearly have been communicating with Ky and Lonnie both. Are we in a dead period? Do dead period rules apply to transfer recruits?

2) I know at what point what the list was, but who do you think are the top players in the recruiting sweepstakes for Lonnie at this point?
