I've seen KU gear in a lot of places, including the Sidney, Australia airport. Today is maybe the most unique. We are redoing a patio with flagstone. At our Santa Fe landscaping business we saw a KU red and blue basketball atop a desirable stack of rocks. The salesperson said Oh Yes when I said I was a KU alum. We are everywhere.
