I’ve always been on board with a major renovation, huge stadium junky myself, but I have wondered a few times what’s worth salvaging with the stadium other than the suites - which would most likely be renovated anyways and a pain to work around.
I say play two years either at arrowhead or children’s mercy and get it done the right way with an entirely new stadium.
To me, $400m for a completely new stadium is a way better plan than salvaging a stadium for $350.
Baylor built theirs cheaply from what I’ve heard for ~270m and TCU did theirs for ~170m. We could get a hell of a stadium for 350-400m.
