I'm looking forward to the Les Miles era as much as anyone, but now is time to take a minute to thank Beaty for his efforts. Beaty clearly left our football program in better shape that when he enherited it, unlike Gill and Weis. His faults as a head coach have been stated on here a zillion times, but one cannot fault Beaty's work ethic, passion for KU and his love for his players.
