I think this is still a waiting game. Two things are in play here:
1) There is a lot of pressure from people locally pushing Starks to look at Tulane.
2) I think he would have switched if Beaty wasn't so tight with Tony Hull
3) If someone like Arizona offers late I could see Starks debate whether to sign on Wed. or sign late and take another visit.
