Dykes says don't take short cuts

Especially from an administration point is panic or get impatient. This is a 4-5 year job to get it back to normal. It will take two just to get decent numbers back in the program.

The players and program needs stability and consistency. They need something the same thing year after year. Changing coaches and systems actually shocks the program and sets it back because there is a learning curve that comes with a new coach.
