Anyone have any experience with a small claims court? I know we have a few lawyers on the site, so I thought I'd ask. We're having some serious issues with a Samsung refrigerator we purchased just over a year ago, and it's gotten to the point where they're refusing to fix the problem.
If anyone is interested, I'd be happy to elaborate. The wife and I have spent enough time on the phone and waiting for repairmen that I'm considering taking them to small claims court. I figure it will at least provide some entertainment.
