For all those who think Roe isn't the first domino, you're wrong. The Alito and Roberts of the partisan political clown court overturned their own precedent and isn't even trying to hide it anymore.
Precedents have been overturned before, but it's very unusual. Especially your own from a decade before.
In other words, the court isn't about upholding standards of a specific interpretation of the law, it is about selecting choosing the outcomes based upon their beliefs, not to judge cases and apply the law and let the outcomes fall where they may.
