I've heard a lot of publicity on the subject when it comes to the state of Missouri and some folks lobbying to keep it from becoming a right-to-work state. I know Kansas is a right-to-work state. So basically my question is do unions thrive more in non-right states and that's why there are ten commercials per hour on 810am against RTW?
Other than unions I always thought that RTW states meant that you can be fired from your job w/o reason from the employer.
I'd be interested to hear opinions on this subject...particularly from people who work in law.
