Among other things, they basically admit that Briles had more power than the AD and Pres; that they had inadequate screening process for evaluating a transfer's background; that they did not have a policy for evaluating a recruit with a criminal history; that they had no consistent policy for team discipline; and that their drug testing process was not up to par. A little surprised they didn't mention that they should stop paying players, too.
