OT: Where to buy a personalized Royals jersey?

I am NOT a jersey guy but my dad has an 8oth birthday coming up and part of what we are doing is taking him to the Royals game and my sisters want to get him a personalized Royals Jersey. I wanted to get a city connect personalized with his last name and the year of his birth for the number. Fantatics did not have a personalized option, Rally House didn't...

I appreciate the depth of knowledge of this place and asking to tap into the collective wisdom (pics below for your trouble)

So anyone have ideas where I can find this item? I would guess $175-$200?

baseball=summer...girls in white shorts + summer...but also, sun dresses
