Wasn't a ton of new information in it. That said, he seems to be saying as clearly and forcefully as possible that there is evidence the President committed a crime. In saying, 'I couldn't charge a crime, but if I could have exonerated him I would have' he's saying there is evidence of a crime. Mueller also didn't say Trump didn't try to collude, but only they didn't have prosecutable evidence. That's a big difference.
Mueller is trying to say without outright stating that Trump's campaign/Trump committed a crime.
