I'll admit that I'm not the most well versed in politics so I'm going to defer to my Jayhawk attorneys on the board......
In the states that have either already legalized pot or those that will eventually legalize it what happens to the people who have been incarcerated (some for several years) on possession/intent to sell marijuana charges? Do they go free? Will they have to serve their full sentence b/c they committed a crime when it was indeed illegal? I'm very interested in hearing a lawman's take on this....and maybe everyone else's as well.
