There has been some discussion about how the current staff is approaching in-state recruiting. Just thought it might be interesting to see what the historical trend has been. This graph shows scholarship offers to Kansas kids of all stripes (including JUCOS) in black and offers to Kansas high schoolers alone in white. These data are from the Rivals database and there is inevitably some overlap in eras depending on when coaching transitions occurred. Digest and discuss.
