Ingram to Duke, UNC to get postseason bans

I've been hearing from a couple of my friends in North Carolina that:

1) Ingram will commit to Duke tomorrow
2) UNC will receive two postseason bans starting next year and that this will be announced within the month

Edit to change UNC to Duke. It was late and I was tired, my bad.
