If KU is to win games in this tourney, they have to find ways to have both players score ten plus per game. Both guys scoring, takes the heat off of Ellis and Mason and opens the floor for both of the other two. Plus they will have to contribute big on the boards tomorrow and moving forward. It has not happened often this year, both putting up points in the same game but it needs to happen now.
The other issue is that both need to be strong with the ball. Obvious I know but if tomorrow's refs let the type of contact go that I have watched tonite, ball security will be an issue.
