Full time ST coach now?

Any chance we bump Z and Fuchs to co-pass game/run-game Co-OCs and hire a full time Special Teams coach?

Both coaches are stud position coaches and would they make a great combo and let dare I say Sean or a true Special Teams ace fully fix Special teams?

Just a thought and didn't know if a special Teams coach could just add TE or will we for sure hire TE or co-OC
