@Ltownhawk last week made a note about Coach Z being in the booth instead of on the field and given his proximity to coaching staff, I think that speaks volumes.
I have had a few people in program that know ball say similar things to me.
I’m not smart enough to know the exact impact he could/would be having but at this point that can’t be ignored. Something has to change. It’s inexcusable to not change something this week
