Ayton’s lawyers claim

Ayton obviously played last night and now his lawyers are releasing a statement saying his innocent and denies accepting money.
Can anyone who knows more than I on this subject help me understand this.
Miller is on tape discussing paying 100k for Ayton and sounds like there’s potentially a ton of other evidence out there, although not sure if they have access to it. So with all this going on, Arizona is still going to play him but in comparison, Preston was never allowed to play. Arizona’s stance seems to be that NCAA needs to find proof he’s guilty where as with Preston he had to provide evidence after evidence of innocence and still wasn’t allowed to play. I just think it’s ridiculous that Ayton is out there playing still and potentially gonna play in the tourney.
