It seems odd to me that every year we see multiple transfers out from our women’s program. Yesterday four transfers were announced as example. I am sure a few each year don’t see the playing time and are looking for a better option to play, but the numbers just seem higher with our women’s team than our men’s or even football team for that matter. I wonder if it is the culture or just playing time that is driving this?
