With all the free time I now have because of COVID-19 I have been wondering what the college football season will be like. One of the many random thoughts I have had is this. With all these reports of players getting the virus, I wondered what a parent of a player such as Trevor Lawrence would do. He has an excellent chance of being drafted number one and signing for millions. While younger people fare better should they get the virus, there is no guarantee they will have 100% recovery. If I were a parent of one of these players what would I do? Do I suggest to my son that he sit out the season so he would be less likely to get the virus and thus enable him to play pro ball and make lots of money. But then if he does sit out, what will it be like for him walking around campus on game day or any other day for that matter? Luckily I don't have this problem. What would you do???
