My cell dropped out around 8 a.m. in Overland Park. At least when I noticed it. I can still send emails etc when attached to wifi, but no bars for verizon cell. Large outage nationally. The strange thing is I use Google messaging with RCS and I can text to my neighbor who uses the same message platform and she is on T Mobile. That app and RCS must involve some sort of IP based exchange or something.... too deep for this old lady
