A University of Kansas investigation found that a former football player expelled from the university had non-consensual sex with a former rower at the university.

Two former rowers have accused the same football player of sexual assault. The player, identified last week by the Kansas City Star as former long snapper Jordan Goldenberg, transferred to Indiana State after he was expelled from the school. Goldenberg was removed from the ISU roster last week.

According to a report obtained by the Star, KU found that Goldenberg had non-consensual sex with a former rower while he violated the school’s sexual harassment policy against another rower. Both rowers have filed Title IX suits vs. the university alleging indifference towards their claims.
