First off, I want to let each and every one of you know that I've received your e-mails and I greatly appreciate you taking the time to contact me. I'm of the opinion that you wouldn't have contacted me if you didn't care, so I'm glad you took the time to express your concerns.
So, JK and I are very aware that the JayhawkSlant.com app isn't currently working. Also, in several of the e-mails I received, some of you voiced concerns that the app wasn't working because of the type of phone you have or because of your tablet. However, that simply isn't the case.
When we changed over to the new boards on Tuesday, a little more than 24-hours ago, the app, at that time, needed an update. The developer of the app, as you might know, has a number of apps he's created on the Rivals.com network, so he's really got his hands full.
With that being said, it's my hope that the JayhawkSlant.com app is up and running again within the next 24-hours. Let me also add that I know the new messages boards, for many of you, have been un-enjoyable, which means not having access to the app is even more frustrating.
Trust me when I say that I understand your pain. I simply haven't had the time to return each and every e-mail, but please don't think for one second that I'm intentionally ignoring your concerns.
The JayhawkSlant.com app is coming back soon. Once the update is complete, I'll do my best to let you know right away. Currently, I'm uninstalling and reinstalling the app every hour, so I'm doing my best to monitor the situation as best I can.
