Two out of bounds calls at end of game

I didn't see this here anywhere.

At the game, it sure looked like both those balls were off OU. A friend of mine watching at home said the first one was obvious-went off the guy's foot. The second was closer.

The replays in AFH sure looked like they were off OU. What did those three clowns see that we didn't see?
