If Kentucky will lose this year. I have decided ( and this, of course should be the final word on the issue. Sure!) they will. I really believe this year's team seems to run Cal's offense less efficiently than some other teams he has had in the past such as the '12 team.
Their defense is phenomenal from the intimidation standpoint so it will take a team with a really good point guard who can get into the paint on occasion and set up a big man by drawing and dishing. It will also require a team with some excellent ability to shoot the three. Third requirement is a team that can really run the floor and put some pressure on the big men. I know they have interchangeable parts but constantly beating the defense down can put some real pressure on them.
No doubt the team that beats them will have played nearly a perfect game.
Anyone have any other ideas that would work well against this defense?
