Of all-time. Wouldn't you have to say the Tan Man is still #1. I think White Owl makes the list mainly because he was around for 2007. Also, oddly enough, I think the whole try to get marry a college girl and end up being thrown in jail gives him a good enough story to be on the list. That's my Dillions guy is also a candidate.
