Kind of why I asked earlier how many wins they need to get in. WVU will not be easy next week: need to grab 2 out of 3 here
To get in the tournament? They're pretty much in already unless they happen to lose out the rest of the year, which isn’t happening. Any chance we had at winning the big12 is gone though.
They can't lay an egg. A week ago at this time they looked like a lock. But four straight Big 12 losses and now the wheels are wobbly.
They need a couple wins against BYU. You don't want to go into that West Virginia series with your backs anymore against the wall than they are now.
Voegele is the key. He sets the tone and hasn't been sharp lately. They need him back in top form.
obviously wasn't that empty. But security is a little bit overboard at the end of the game they didn't want you sitting around more than thirty seconds.
As far as the game goes, we looked just as good, if not better, had some bad luck.One guy got hit by a line drive .

Pitching has to get more consistent. And our catcher has to do a better job of blocking balls and not giving away free bases.
Today is also Stop Day and I bet many who showed up consistently were fraternity guys. I’m guessing they were enjoying yesterday evening and will have that rolling over into today.

They need this game. I've been told by people who have studied it if they can win one more against BYU and even lose out in West Virginia that would likely put them in the 41-45 range in the RPI.

BYU doesn’t play on Sundays so they start their series on Thursdays
I wonder if Fitz would consider starting Moore in the Friday opener against West Virginia. Maybe see if that helps Voegele get back on track in time for the Big 12 Tournament.
