An interesting read. This might be a naïve POV but shouldn't judges be neutral? Shouldn't they be obligated to be partisan-free? Instead, they get voted in depending on whether or not they are "one of us", like the article states. The power of the Judicial branch has been stripped of it's power as a whole and to operate as a neutral entity because of being politically affiliated. It seems as though the Executive branch has all the power (regardless whether Dem or Rep), which allows it to make unilateral decisions, which in turn does not follow what's written in the Constitution. Not what our founding fathers wanted nor what the American people need.
