we'll have a lot less guys already on the team to change the culture after 5 straight shit seasons. This means the new guys coming in aren't beaten down and will be bought in from day one. In a sense that could make the staff's job easier in turning around the program. We'll take some lumps early but these guys are going to be ready to kick some names and take some ass in year 3-4.
