I’ve been following KU Coaches on Twitter for the past 5 years. With the exception of Emmet Jones, I have never seen high schools recognize our staff visits as much as now. Furthermore, I can’t remember our Head Coach hitting the road as much as Leipold has the past couple of weeks. I wonder if having Ianello as GM allows Leipold to do this. I’m also impressed by the footprint the staff has laid out. I’ve seen our coaches anywhere from the KC metro area, Texas, Nebraska, Alabama, etc. I don’t know if any of this means anything. Just thought it was interesting to see high school coaches recognizing staff visits when I hadn’t seen it much before.
