Adrian Ealy could be an official visit to KU
With about 5-6 spots left I still think the staff is being patient and setting up their targets.
I can tell from what I have been hearing and working the phones they are starting to put together a plan of the players to go after.
They could get a visit from Adrian Ealy the top OL in Louisiana. He is a four-star prospect. His father told me they are in the process of setting up an official visit through Tony Hull.
Late last week TJ Jallow a corner from East Mississippi JC decommitted from Louisville. I know Bradford was on him and Kenny Perry has been talking to him. I think there is a strong chance he might set an official to Kansas.
I talked to Zach McKinney and he said he plans coming to the Iowa State game. For some reason I get the feel the Jayhawks are the slight leader for him.
They offered Salvatore Cannella a 6-foot-6, 235 big body WR/ATH type player from Scottsdale CC. After checking in with Cannella I think he will be a tough get.
Michael Slater has made some inroads with Joshua Rogers a monster 6-foot-5, 285 pound DL from Houston Christian. Rogers said he is looking at Kansas and might take an official. He has a lot of suitors.
If the staff looks to take another WR or a spot open up don't count out Al'Dontre Davis. Hull has been staying on him. He's a legit WR with offers from Ole Miss, Auburn, and Arkansas among others.
I talked with Clayton Tune the QB from Hebron the staff offered over the weekend. He was impressed with the visit and facilities. He said he didn't expect Kansas to be that nice. (I've heard that a 1000 thousand times over the years). It is still very early since he is 2018 kid and I expect him to get more offers.
The staff is moving fast on local 2018 prospects. From what I have heard KU has been heard from more than any other school when it comes to 2018 recruits.
They have offered three DL on the local scene:
