This year I've strayed from my more normal eternal optimistic view and have become more skeptical about the state of the program. There's been more reason for concern and things just simply cant stay as good as we've had it forever.
However, the defense has been one of the best in the country even though today wasn't their best performance, and maybe the offense will continue to get better all the way up until March? Keno seems to think there's still the potential for that to happen and we know there's still 2 wings on this team that are proven offensive threats that have yet to really get going so in theory the potential could still be there??
I'm going to watch some film this week with the intent of finding something to be optimistic about and post it here. We've been very critical of this team because the past two years we've started ranked #1 so the expectation has been enormous.
Instead of starting another doom and gloom thread, what are some reasons to be optimistic about being able to finish the season strong?
