When signing day came and went, Durley was not one of the 24 initial counters that signed that day. Recently Randy Withers posted an article about Durley visiting for the Spring Game, calling Durley a signee.

Has Durley actually signed with KU?
1. He is not listed as a signee on the 2015 Kansas Football Commitment list
2. TTBOMK KU did not have any AY2014-15 carrybacks for use this spring, and
3. Nigel King's blue shirt cost KU a scholarship for this fall, leaving KU at 24 IC schollys for AY2015-16 instead of the usual 25, and all 24 are accounted for with the listed signees.
So just what is Durley's status? He won't qualify for a blue shirt. Will he be coming to KU as a gray shirt, enrolling this fall but not on scholarship until January? Did one of the signees change his mind or not qualify, leaving a scholarship open for Durley?
