Going into surgery this Friday for the following: superior labral tear anterior to posterior, fraying of the posterior to the inferior glenoid labrum, partial rotator cuff tear, long head of the biceps tendon tendinitis, and lateral downscoping of the distal acromion. I'm guessing recovery is going to suck. Any advice on best to rehab / recover? What to avoid? How long should I expect recovery / rehab to last?
